I'm an IT professional with 19+ years of hands-on experience spanning IT infrastructure, cloud productivity, identity and access management, systems operations, networking, security, and technical project management.

Throughout my career I've held roles as IT Manager, IT Director, Solution Architect, FastTrack / Solution Manager, and System Engineer — working across hospitality, telecoms, logistics, engineering, e-commerce, and enterprise software consulting.

My core strength is bridging both worlds: deep technical hands-on capability combined with the business acumen to understand what organisations actually need from their technology investments. I started in infrastructure and system administration, grew into IT leadership and cloud consulting, and now specialise in enterprise IAM and modern work transformation.

My work currently focuses on Identity & Access Management, Networking & Infrastructure, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace & Cloud, Intune / Entra ID, Zero Trust architecture, and enterprise endpoint management — helping businesses operate with confidence on modern, secure cloud platforms.

I believe technology should not exist for complexity's sake. It should help people work better, help companies operate more efficiently, and help customers receive better service.

Outside of work, I run a self-hosted homelab environment, explore cloud-native automation, and keep a close eye on emerging identity and security frameworks across the Microsoft and open-source ecosystems.

I am currently based in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and open to enterprise collaboration, consulting engagements, and professional connections worldwide.
